DELIVERY INFORMATION
​STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard delivery is FREE worldwide.
​
Standard delivery to the UK mainland will take between 3-10 working days* from when the order is placed. For products ordered on PRE-ORDER, please expect delivery in 4-6 weeks.
Standard delivery to Northern Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands and all UK Offshore Islands will take longer 5-12 working days.

Delivery times are estimated from when your order is shipped, not when it is placed. The delivery can also depend on the verification of the order (up to 2 additional days) and are counted from the shipping date of your order. To ensure a safe delivery, we will not deliver to post boxes/PO addresses, security boxes, freight forwarders or hotels. It is always advisable to provide a phone number in case we need to check with you and verify your postal address.

Please be aware standard delivery may take longer due to reasons beyond our control such as postal strikes, adverse weather, etc.

Overall, we always aim to deliver your order within 10 working days, but it’s subject to certain regions/postcodes and availability of courier service to your area. No dispatch or deliveries will be made on weekends and national holidays.

You will receive an email confirming the shipment with a link to the courier’s website allowing you to track your parcel. Please check your spam inbox if you haven't received this with 5 working days.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

We also offer a Next Day Special Delivery service (UK only). Please ensure you place your order by 12 noon for next day delivery.
​
We will always endeavour to deliver your products within 24 hours on a working day* when you select the Next Day Delivery option.
However, in some cases, our next day services may not be available and could be delayed. These may particularly occur during busy periods, such as Sales, unavailability of courier service in the region, or due to untoward occurrences that are beyond our control (such as adverse weather conditions, postal strikes and lockdown).
NOTE:
*A working day is referred as Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will only be dispatched within the next 1-2 working days.

FREE DELIVERY

We offer free delivery for all standard orders to mainland UK and worldwide.
Please note free delivery is only offered for standard delivery (3-10 days) and does not qualify for next day delivery.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
​
You can have your order delivered to a different address to the billing address of your debit/credit card.
You can enter the delivery address at checkout. Please ensure however that all details are correct before you checkout as amendments to your delivery details cannot be made once your order has been dispatched.

TRACKING DELIVERY

Your delivery experience is an essential part of our service offering to you.
Once your item has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with the delivery information and tracking code. A signature will be required when the order is delivered.
Courier we use for deliveries is Royal Mail. You can check your order delivery status through the Royal Mail website for information on your delivery.
